I have experience in HR in FMCG before. Now I'm working in a frontline role in Commercial Banking team in one of licensed banks, but I have realised this is not the field I am looking for. Instead, HR and training should be my way.
However, in searching openings, I have found I receive almost no feedback even after tons of letters were sent out. Is the problem my working background?

Sorry, I just don't think you even have the right to complain about the tedious job and pushy environment, that's what the job itself calls for, you should have known this from day one! You don't have previous experience, let alone client portfolio or credit skills and knowledge, you should be well prepared upfront to have to come and learn and start from scratch, uncomfortable? Me too!
Now what? Going back to HR field and training at this time when all headcount / budget are so tight and freezed? Who can afford hiring more supportive staff? Training? What have you got to be able to train others?
Come on, let's be realistic, learn to face and overcome obstacles, and show your enthusiasm and dedication in doing your job the best you can, otherwise I'm afraid you don't have to contemplate changing jobs, you'll soon lose yours!

Coz my role is to support to RMs to handle all matters in relation to the corporate clients, tons of tedious work with pushy working environment makes me very uncomfortable about this.
